Working as Artists in Residence, we assisted Woodburn's Arts and Communications Academy students in the conception and production of this architecturally integrated mural.
The mural is actually a large-scale collage of cut sheets of acrylic-painted tyvek , a synthetic paper-like product. The art site is the Academy's entrance lobby. The azure sky scene emblazened with birds of all feathers, stars, and suns evokes the space of imagination, swarming with inspirations.
