Where in the World, a Percent for Art Commission, is a low-relief painted construction. As the focal point in the central check-out area of the library, the piece considers orientation through the language of mapping systems and navigational tools. The diverse elements of the composition bring to mind the many possible ways to explore, experience, and understand this world.
